DIRECT INSURANCE BILLING
WE ARE A PARTICIPATING PROVIDER WITH MOST MAJOR INSURANCE CARRIERS

Insurance Acceptance & Direct Billing Options
We believe access to quality care should feel straightforward, not stressful. That’s why we work with a wide range of insurance plans and offer direct billing options whenever possible. If you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or managing a chronic condition, the last thing you should have to worry about is complicated paperwork or unclear coverage. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth as possible from your first call to your last visit.
We Accept Many Insurance Plans
Our clinic accepts a variety of commercial, employer-based, union, and government insurance plans. Coverage can include physical therapy, pain management services, and specialized treatments depending on your specific plan and benefits. Insurance plans vary widely, even within the same provider. Factors such as deductibles, co-payments, referral requirements, visit limits, and authorization rules can differ from one policy to another. Because of this, the best way to know exactly what your plan covers is to speak directly with our office. Our team is experienced in working with insurance providers and can help you understand how your benefits apply to care with us.
Common Plans We Work With
Below are examples of plans we commonly accept. If you don’t see your plan listed, please contact our office—coverage and participation can change.
- Aetna: Commercial and Medicare Advantage Plans
- United Healthcare: Commercial, Oxford, and Medicare Advantage Plans
- Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield: Commercial and Medicare Advantage Plans
- Oscar: Commercial and Health Exchange Plans
- Medicare Plan
- Fidelis Insurance Plan
- 1199
- No Fault Insurance

Direct Insurance Billing for Your Convenience
Whenever possible, we offer direct billing to your insurance company. This means we submit claims on your behalf so you don’t have to manage the process yourself. Direct billing helps reduce out-of-pocket surprises and minimizes the administrative burden for our patients. If your plan allows direct billing, we will take care of submitting the necessary documentation and claims according to your insurer’s requirements. In some cases, patients may still be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles, which are determined by the insurance provider, not the clinic. We always aim to be transparent about any expected patient responsibility before starting care.

Government, Union, and Special Plans
Insurance coverage is not static. Benefits may change from year to year, between employers, or even mid-year depending on your plan. Some treatments may require prior authorization, referrals from a primary care physician, or documentation of medical necessity. Because of these variables, we strongly encourage all patients to confirm their coverage with our office before beginning treatment. A quick phone call can help avoid confusion and ensure you understand what to expect financially. Our staff can verify benefits, explain coverage limitations, and answer questions related to billing so you can focus on your health, not paperwork.
In addition to commercial insurance, we also work with a number of government-based and union health plans. These plans often have their own rules, documentation requirements, and billing structures. For patients covered under Medicare, union plans, no-fault insurance, or workers’ compensation, coverage details and eligibility can vary based on diagnosis, referral status, and treatment type. Our team is familiar with these processes and can guide you through what is needed to begin care.
If your treatment is related to a work injury or motor vehicle accident, additional documentation may be required. We recommend contacting our office as early as possible so we can help determine the appropriate steps.
What If You’re Unsure About Coverage?
If you’re not sure whether your insurance is accepted, or whether a specific service is covered, don’t guess. Insurance websites can be confusing and often provide incomplete or outdated information. The most accurate way to confirm your coverage is to speak with our office directly. We will ask for basic information about your plan and help determine whether we can work with your insurance and what your options may be. Even if your plan does not offer direct billing, there may still be ways we can assist, such as providing documentation for reimbursement or discussing alternative payment options.
Transparency and Patient Support
We believe clear communication builds trust. That’s why we take the time to explain insurance details in plain language and answer your questions honestly. If there are limitations, exclusions, or expected out-of-pocket costs, we will discuss them with you upfront. Our team is here to advocate for you and help navigate the insurance process as smoothly as possible. While coverage decisions are ultimately made by insurance companies, we do everything we can to support our patients throughout the process.
Why Contact the Office First?
Every insurance plan is different, and online information can be misleading. By contacting our office before your first visit, you can:
